Painting Space – to create memories

Moving to a new area and buying a home can be a daunting experience. You think about location, schools, work…the list goes on. Once you have settled on those decisions, it’s time to dig into the details – like making your house your home and painting space. For most of us, that usually means a fresh coat of paint.

“Painting the walls or the exterior of your home is bigger than just slapping up some paint and calling it a day,” Christian Kopeck said. “It is about adding personal touches to the rooms and spaces where you will create memories for years to come.”

Kopeck owns Kopeck Custom Painting, a family-owned business that focuses on building lasting relationships with its clients.

“We care about more than just painting your home,” Kopeck said. “We want to develop relationships that last a lifetime.”

Kopeck started the business in 2015 and offers interior and exterior painting services for both residential and commercial structures. He prides himself on his personalized service for each and every client.

“I do all of our estimates, and I take time at each appointment to understand the client’s needs, pain points and goals,” he said. “We especially love working with people who are new to the area and are buying a house. Those are our favorite jobs.”

Kopeck makes sure to leave time in the schedule for those who are moving and need a quick turnaround. He understands that many clients want to get the home painted and move-in ready before the furniture arrives.

Kopeck noted that when you entrust the care of your most important investment, your home, to Kopeck Custom Painting, you can count on quality paint services with superior prep work. You can be sure that they will get the job done with speed and attention to detail.

“Our goal is to start building trust with you the first time you reach out to us,” Kopeck added. “Our process is geared toward getting to know you and what you are looking for.”

The Process

  • Initial Contact — discuss the general idea of your project and set a time for a formal estimate.
  • Before the estimate — send you a questionnaire to fill out so we can start to understand the scope of your project as well as your needs.
  • At the estimate — sit down and discuss what you are looking for, walk and measure the areas you want to be painted and work on our proposal for you.
  • After the estimate — follow up with you to see if you have any questions.

The Job

Once the details are in order, Kopeck will do all the prep work – power washing, scrape work, caulking, furniture moving, draping – and provide you with a high-quality paint job. They will keep things clean and make sure you are satisfied with the work before they leave. They also provide a 2-year warranty for paint failure (some exclusions apply).
